- Set rates or repayment terms
We connect businesses with third-party financing providers.
2. No Guarantee of Funding
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
All funding decisions are made solely by third-party lenders based on their underwriting criteria.
3. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information submitted is:
- True
- Accurate
- Complete
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of services.
4. Authorization to Share Information
By using our services, you authorize Avyron Capital to:
- Collect and review your business and financial data
- Submit your application to lenders and funding partners
- Obtain business and/or personal credit reports (where applicable)
5. Consent to Communication
You consent to receive communications via:
- Phone calls (including automated dialing systems)
- SMS/text messages
You may opt out at any time.
6. Third-Party Relationships
Avyron Capital works with independent third-party lenders and partners.
We are not responsible for:
- Approval decisions
- Rates, fees, or terms
- Actions or policies of third-party providers
7. Renewal & Compensation Disclosure
You acknowledge that Avyron Capital may receive compensation from funding providers for:
- Initial funding transactions
- Renewals, refinances, or additional funding
This includes transactions with lenders introduced by Avyron Capital.
You agree not to circumvent Avyron Capital by directly engaging with such lenders without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avyron Capital shall not beliable for:
- Funding outcomes
- Business losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
9. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
We do not provide:
- Financial advisory services
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
You should consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avyron Capital from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the website
- Your submitted information
- Your business activities
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
