Estimate a revenue-based remittance or prequalified amount.
Start with average monthly revenue and the remittance you can commit. The calculator derives an illustrative funding amount, total repayment, cost of capital, daily and weekly fixed ACH payments and effective total cost, or estimates a potential prequalified amount.

Start with your own numbers.
Enter average monthly revenue and the remittance you can commit. The calculator derives the funding amount and updates every estimate instantly.
Every figure below comes from the numbers you enter. Nothing here is a quote. Your capital partner sets the actual factor, term and remittance rate, and those are always disclosed in your offer.
Illustrative only. This is an illustrative estimate, not an offer of credit. The funding amount shown is derived from the revenue and remittance you enter and is capped by what a capital partner will underwrite, typically from $10,000 to $500,000. Actual amounts, remittance rates, factors, terms and timelines are set by third-party capital partners and are stated in your offer.

How this is calculated: monthly remittance is the average monthly revenue multiplied by the remittance rate, and the term multiplies that to give total repayment. Funding amount is total repayment divided by the factor rate, so a higher factor means a smaller advance for the same total repayment.
At your inputs: $100,000 average monthly revenue x 10% remittance rate = $10,000 monthly remittance x 10 months = $100,000 total repayment / 1.35 factor = $74,074 funded.
Fixed ACH schedules in revenue-based financing are collected daily or weekly. The daily and weekly figures assume a 5 day business week, or 20 business days and 4 weekly periods per month. Which cadence applies is set by your capital partner and stated in your offer.
Under a fixed ACH schedule, the business pays $500.00 per business day or $2,500.00 per week for the selected term. The revenue-based remittance is the monthly amount shown in the inputs, and the derived funding amount and repayment total are based on the revenue and remittance you enter.
The fixed ACH estimate divides total repayment by the term in months times 20 business days, then calculates the weekly figure as five times the daily figure. The funding amount is total repayment divided by the factor rate, and cost of capital is total repayment minus the funding amount.
- Monthly remittance = average monthly revenue x remittance rate.
- Total repayment = monthly remittance x term in months.
- Estimated funding amount = total repayment / factor rate.
- Cost of capital = total repayment - funding amount.
- Fixed daily payment = total repayment / (term in months x 20 business days).
- Fixed weekly payment = fixed daily payment x 5.
- Effective total cost % = cost of capital / funding amount.

Estimated prequalified amount
$111,111
This is an estimate based on the numbers you enter. It is not an offer, not an approval and not a guarantee. Your actual funding amount is determined by our third-party capital partners through their own underwriting.
- Maximum monthly hold back
- $15,000
- Total repayment capacity over the term
- $150,000
At the maximum 30% hold back, that estimate would be up to $222,222.
How this estimate works
A simple capacity estimate.
- The hold back is the share of monthly revenue set aside to repay the advance.
- The estimate multiplies that hold back by the term to get total repayment capacity.
- Dividing total repayment capacity by the factor rate gives the amount advanced.
- The estimate is capped at 30% of revenue because that is the outer limit of what most structures set aside.
- A business with seasonal revenue may see the estimate move from month to month.
How this works
A transparent model with limits.
- Start with average monthly revenue and the remittance rate you can commit. Monthly remittance is that rate multiplied by average monthly revenue.
- Total repayment is monthly remittance multiplied by the term in months. The derived funding amount is total repayment divided by the factor rate.
- Cost of capital is total repayment minus the funding amount. Effective total cost expresses that difference as a percentage of the amount advanced.
- The calculator derives fixed ACH payments by dividing total repayment by the term in months times 20 business days, then multiplying the daily payment by five for the weekly payment. Fixed ACH schedules are collected daily or weekly.
- One month equals 20 business days and 4 weekly payment periods. A 6 month term equals 120 daily payments or 24 weekly payments.
- Revenue-based remittances can move with receipts, while a fixed ACH structure follows its stated daily or weekly schedule. Review the structure and terms in your offer.
What this does not include
This estimate does not include fees, origination or underwriting costs if any, or the effect of a slow month. A declining revenue month reduces the remittance where the remittance is revenue-based.

Calculator questions
Questions about the estimate
Straight answers about what this calculator can and cannot tell you.
Is this calculator an offer?
+
No. It is an illustrative estimate, not an offer of credit, a quote, or a guarantee. A capital partner sets the actual terms in its offer.
Why does the estimate change with my monthly revenue?
+
The calculator starts with average monthly revenue and the remittance rate you can commit. A higher or lower revenue input changes the monthly remittance, which changes the derived funding amount, repayment total, cost of capital and fixed ACH estimates.
Does every revenue-based product work this way?
+
No. With many products, the remittance rises and falls with monthly revenue. Other structures use a fixed ACH schedule, which produces a different payment pattern. In this calculator, the fixed ACH figures assume 5 business days per week, or 20 business days and 4 weekly payment periods per month. A 6 month term equals 120 daily payments or 24 weekly payments.
What is a factor rate?
+
A factor rate is a multiplier applied to the funding amount to produce the total repayment figure. The capital partner sets the factor based on your business.
What will my actual rate be?
+
The rate and factor come from the capital partner based on your business performance and are always disclosed in the offer.
What does prequalified mean?
+
It is an estimate of the amount a business with your revenue profile may be able to access, calculated from the numbers you enter. It is not an approval, not an offer and not a promise that a capital partner will fund that amount.
Why is the hold back capped at 30%?
+
Because that is the outer limit of what most revenue-based structures set aside from monthly revenue. Holding back more of your revenue would strain the cash flow the funding is meant to support.
Can I get more than the estimate?
+
Possibly, if a capital partner's underwriting supports it, but no amount above $500,000 sits within our usual range and every figure depends on the partner's own review.
How much funding can my business qualify for?
+
Funding is sized against average monthly revenue and the remittance the business can support, then limited by the capital partner’s underwriting. Avyron’s stated range is $10,000 to $500,000. Use the calculator inputs to model an estimate. It derives the estimated funding amount by dividing total repayment by the factor rate, not by guaranteeing an offer.
For the broader qualification process, visit the get-funded page.
How much does revenue-based financing cost?
+
Revenue-based financing cost is expressed with a factor rate rather than a simple interest rate. Total repayment equals the monthly remittance multiplied by the term in months. Cost of capital is the difference between total repayment and the amount advanced. The calculator shows effective total cost as a percentage of the amount advanced.
The final cost is stated in the capital partner’s offer. Use the calculator to review the estimate alongside its assumptions.
